1. Initial Consultation

A consortium consultant reviews your project with you, discussing:

the activities you plan to finance,
your project preparation stage,
the planned implementation timeline,
available co-financing sources,
and your company’s current financial performance.

2. Advisory Strategy

Based on the initial assessment, our grant or financial specialist prepares a tailored advisory plan covering grant opportunities and/or strategic financing options.

3. Service Agreement

Once the proposed approach is approved, a consulting agreement is signed.

80% of the service costs are covered through public funding under the EDIH2 programme (part of the support is provided under the de minimis regime).

4. Ongoing Expert Support

Our specialists provide feedback on grant applications and assist in preparing financial documentation and materials required for negotiations with banks, investors, and funding institutions.
