TITAM s.r.o. was looking for a solution for a complete set of components that would combine ultra-low weight, high strength, and readiness for serial production.
At Brain4Industry, we guided the client through the entire product development process from the initial concept and digital design to prototyping and preparation for serial production.
Innovative Solution
The project involved the development of several key components designed to meet demanding requirements for strength, ergonomics, and weight optimization. By leveraging advanced engineering methods and additive manufacturing technologies, the project significantly reduced the weight of individual components while delivering a solution ready for industrial-scale production.
The project also included the optimization of surface finishing processes, resulting in the final khaki appearance. Further development and optimization of individual components are currently ongoing.
