Our Sustainability Advisory Services
ESG Advisory and VSME Reporting
Although small and medium-sized enterprises are generally not legally required to publish ESG reports, many large companies increasingly request sustainability information from their suppliers. To address this, the European Commission introduced the voluntary VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs), which defines a standardized scope of sustainability information that smaller companies can provide.
We help you prepare for these requirements, strengthen your corporate strategy, and enhance your market credibility. Based on an assessment of your company, we prepare a VSME-compliant ESG report, including the calculation of your Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon footprint.
We also assist in developing the necessary internal documentation, such as:
- Code of Ethics
- Whistleblowing Policy
- Corporate
- Sustainability Strategy
- Supplier Code of Conduct
In addition, we support companies in obtaining ESG ratings on platforms such as EcoVadis, helping them improve their position within international supply chains.
Decarbonization Strategy
Whether you want to strengthen your position within the supply chain or respond to increasing demands from customers and financial institutions to disclose emissions, we help you identify the most effective path toward reducing your carbon footprint.
At the same time, this service helps uncover practical opportunities for energy cost savings while supporting compliance with sustainability requirements from commercial banks and investors.
Our experts prepare a comprehensive calculation of your company’s annual carbon footprint in accordance with the internationally recognized GHG Protocol and develop a tailored decarbonization strategy, including concrete recommendations and prioritized measures for reducing emissions.
How the Collaboration Process Works
1. Initial Consultation
A consortium consultant discusses your sustainability objectives and planned decarbonization activities, gaining an understanding of your business needs and priorities.
2. Advisory Plan
Based on the initial assessment, our sustainability specialist prepares a tailored sustainability and non-financial advisory plan aligned with your company’s goals.
3. Service Agreement
Once the proposed approach is approved, a consulting agreement is signed.
80% of the service costs are covered through public funding under the EDIH2 programme (part of the support is provided under the de minimis regime).
4. Expert Support and Implementation
Our sustainability specialists provide feedback on internal ESG documentation, assist with the preparation of sustainability reports, and support companies in obtaining ESG ratings (such as EcoVadis) and other documentation required for successful cooperation with business partners, customers, and commercial banks.
