She has more than ten years of experience in the operational and strategic management of companies. As COO/CSO, she led the expansion of the education scale-up Green Fox Academy into the Czech Republic and Slovakia over a five-year period. Following the company’s successful exit in 2022, she served as COO at the startups Foxdeli and WOODPASTA, where she was responsible for finance, HR, legal affairs, and customer support.

At SIC, she is responsible for acceleration programmes for early-stage companies, leading the AI/DIGI Accelerator focused on startups building solutions based on digitalisation and artificial intelligence. She helps startups validate their business models, establish effective organisational structures, and identify the key steps required for successful scaling.
