He has worked as a technical and financial director in IT companies, where he has been involved in roles ranging from project management to technology integration and finance management to business process restructuring and internal management. As a result, he is able to recognize the real needs of companies, identify weak points and recommend the right solutions.

At the Central Bohemian Innovation Centre, he is responsible for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, which are often the source of significant innovations. He was part of a complete restructuring of the company, which was able to change all processes to modern cloud solutions with a high level of cyber security within two years, with a major impact on the development of the company. Furthermore, as a consultant, he has helped a number of corporate clients with their digital transformation.
