Andrej Chrzanowski has over 20 years of leadership and management experience in national and multinational industrial companies in the defence, aerospace, automotive and renewable energy sectors. For ten years he worked in the top management of COLT CZ Group as a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Supervisory Board of the holding and its subsidiaries, responsible for strategic and technological development, research and development of new products introducing digitalization into production processes, developing relationships and coordinating cooperation between academic and university research institutions and industrial entities. He was responsible for acquisitions of selected companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AIT Group. He founded the company CARDAM Solution, providing development of applied research and development of additive technologies and digitalization. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Academic Assembly of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
